By enrolling in Hand in Hand Music Studio classes, I acknowledge that class activities may involve movement, use of simple instruments, and physical participation with young children, and that some risk of minor injury is inherent in these activities. I agree to release Hand in Hand Music Studio and Bloom & Grow Violin Studio, and its teachers, from liability for any claims I may personally have arising from ordinary risks of participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law. I understand that this acknowledgment does not waive any independent legal rights my child may have.
